Jaquez is a career tribute, being raised this way since being a little kid she doesn't care about loosing her life in the games as long as she comes close to winning. She belives that her district is the best in the games and is agaisnt any who think otherwize. She's actually a very sweet girl, but since the games began she is a very untolorable nightmare.
Before the games Jaquez's favorite activity (next to training) was going to a high ridge and watching the sun rise or set, it is a very beautiful sight in her oppinion and the one thing she misses in the games (besides her family.)
She was born in district two, not to an exeptionally rich family but one that was not baddly off. She was able to do many things and one of which was train for the reaping, which she was glad to do. As most of the children in district two who can afford training do.
She knew a boy who trained in the same facility as her, they were very close, and he taught her many of the things she now knows about fighting and survival. The boy was there when her mother left them when she was nine, she went to live with his family for a year before returning home. The two are closer than siblings.
FIGHTING STYLE
Jaquez enjoys hand to hand combat, therefor her prefered weapon of choice is a sword, though she also enjoys barehanded combat. She can use a viarity of swords including the katana, borad swoard and rapier. Though because she enjoys hand to hand combat so much she never really trained in long distance, there for she is basicly useless with a bow and arow or sling shot.
She is brutal, she doesn't like finnishing off her opponents herself, but durring training(in the districts), she left most of the manikins they used, quite simply torn appart. She belives she will do even better in the games and knows one thing is for sure, she will form an alliance and make sure she doesn't have to do the fighting, if she does fight anyone, it will be who turns against her, and she will leave them bruttally injured, lying next to death.
Jaquez is also pretty okay in camoflauge, though she says its useless to her considering she belives herself a valuable peice of the games[/style]
